Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations, building strong relationships and leveraging industry connections.
  • Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring that clients' travel plans are not disrupted.
  • Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions, to ensure that they are well-prepared and informed.
  • Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and minimizing disruption to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Qualifications
