- Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data entry is complete and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency in computer software navigation, including MS Outlook and data entry applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a high volume of customer interactions.
- Bi-lingual skills in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred, but not required.
