MUST BE WITHIN 30 MINUTES or LESS FROM TROY, MICHIGAN AREA M-F, pay is $15 an hour NO WEEKENDS. You will train ONSITE for about 3-4 weeks then REMOTE 3 DAYS ONSITE and 2 DAYS at the TROY, MI location! Base pay is $15 an hour, Monday to Friday, No Weekends. After 90 days (GOOD ATTENDANCE, then you can be HIRED ON!) This is an entry-level position that is a Contract-to-PERM opportunity. This company also offers advancement opportunities. Training Shifts: 9:30AM-6PM Shift- 10:30AM-7:00PM Cant miss any days for 90 day period. Responsibilities: - Taking inbound calls regarding Mortgage/Home Insurance Inquiries (Training provided for 2 weeks) - Updates residential policies to maintain coverage and keep policies in an active status - Communicates with leadership team over potential issues that will have a negative impact on the loan - Communicates with borrowers and their agencies, adhering to client standards - Maintains database and spreadsheet files - All calls made are customer service calls and NO COLD CALLING. Skills: Customer Service, Data entry, Mortgage, Insurance, Call Center, Inbound calls.
