Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Risk Assessment and Insurance Examiner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting complex financial risk assessments, including the evaluation of financial data, credit reports, and other relevant information
• Developing and maintaining expertise in financial risk assessment, including knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and compliance professionals, to ensure alignment and effective risk management
• Identifying and escalating potential risks, ensuring timely and effective remediation, and developing strategies to mitigate future risks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Experience in financial risk assessment, insurance examination, or a related field, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

• A professional accounting certification (AAT or higher) is preferred, but not required
