**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their service requests. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, document, and process service requests from customers, mechanics, elevator phones, and blithequark local offices utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Ensure timely dispatching of service mechanics and escalate requests to blithequark field management as appropriate.
* Work on other tasks as necessary, such as elevator phone programming and continuous improvement activities.
* Participate in an incentive compensation program based on quality and productivity performance.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve department performance metrics, including call handle time, schedule adherence, and quality monitoring.
**What You Will Need to Be Successful**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection.
* Excellent customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers.
* Strong familiarity with computers and basic application familiarity.
* Excellent communication skills in French and English, including speaking, listening, and writing, with attention to detail and the ability to follow standard processes and procedures.
* Ability to attain and maintain department performance metrics.
* Regular attendance, including the ability to start assigned shift on-time, is mandatory.
* Ability to type at least 25 wpm with accuracy.
* Willingness to work rotational scheduled weekends and holidays, with shift differential pay offered for hours worked outside 1st shift/weekdays.
* Ability to adhere to blithequark's absolutes of safety, ethics, and quality.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud or similar customer relationship management software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the elevator industry or a related field.
* Familiarity with elevator phone programming and continuous improvement activities.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
