Our team of talented professionals is dedicated to creating engaging and immersive experiences that captivate audiences around the world. **Job Summary** As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will enable you to extract valuable insights from complex data sets and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions * Analyze user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped user needs and unexplored content opportunities * Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content launch and episode release process * Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python * Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems * Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP * Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $22/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and storytelling, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
