About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Seasonal Online Customer Service Agent to join our team on a freelance contractual basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as our company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively escalating and spotting potential PR threats, and following support briefs to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Initiating and sustaining relationships with clients and prospects, as assigned by your Account Manager
  • Utilizing digital customer management tools and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer support

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated strong writing, organization, and communication skills
  • Previous experience delivering online customer support, preferably using CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries
  • Superb time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Copywriting and proofreading skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
