Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement big data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, and other related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Write high-quality code, including API specs, and conduct code reviews and testing
• Apply innovative approaches to problem-solving, including data science and machine learning techniques
• Work with agile methodologies, including Scrum, to deliver high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently

• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field. You will also need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on big data technologies. Additionally, you will need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on big data technologies
• 2+ years of experience working with Hadoop, Spark, and related technologies
• Proven experience with data warehousing concepts and data engineering
• Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Scala
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing
• Experience with UNIX shell scripting and data processing
• Ability to design and develop advanced data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing

Preferred Qualifications
