Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Perform Data Audits: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with long‑term incentive plans (LTIPs) and stock‑based compensation programs.
  • Process Equity Transactions: Accurately process Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Stock Option Plan (SOP) award allocations, releases, and settlements.
  • Review Transaction Activity: Verify equity transaction activity—including exercises, vestings, and releases—to guarantee timely and correct reporting.
  • Respond to Stakeholder Inquiries: Research, track, and resolve questions from participants, plan administrators, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Support Plan Enrollment: Assist with the enrollment process for equity‑based LTIPs and stock plan participants, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Generate Ad‑hoc Reports: Create data analyses, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders to aid decision‑making and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep equity plan documentation, policies, and procedural guides up‑to‑date and accessible.
  • Assist with Additional Plan‑Related Tasks: Provide support for a variety of equity plan administration activities as needed, including data cleanup, system updates, and process improvements.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise writing and verbal communication, with the confidence to interact with global stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn new software tools quickly; familiarity with HRIS platforms (especially Workday) is a plus.
