Key Responsibilities

• Release, classify, and bill basic import shipments in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare bonds for U.S. Customs for inspection and release of imports
• Assure accurate and timely billings and resolve accounting issues as they arise
• Stay up-to-date on Customs and procedure changes, ensuring that all shipments are compliant with relevant regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, providing exceptional service and support
• Work collaboratively with other units to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy, meeting productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Brokerage/office experience required, with a focus on customs brokerage and international trade
