Remote Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate)
Job Overview:
We are a small but high-performing real estate team seeking one motivated full-time sales representative to join us. With proven systems and a track record of closing over 140 deals with just two sales reps, we are looking for someone who is results-driven and eager to grow within the company.
Position Highlights:
• Fully remote, commission-based role with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually.
• Immediate lead access post-onboarding, tailored to your experience.
• Comprehensive support with PPC and website-generated leads.
Responsibilities:
• Close $500,000+ in revenue within the first year.
• Handle incoming leads promptly, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Conduct prospecting within our database as needed.
• Set and achieve daily performance metrics.
• Utilize and adapt quickly to real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies.
• Maintain a high level of self-motivation and results-driven focus.
Requirements:
• Experience in wholesale sales (1 year required).
• Ability to learn and effectively use new CRM systems.
• Dedicated home office setup and availability for 6 hours of daily phone work.
• Strong goal orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
• Base Commission:
• 15% commission on paid leads after a $2,000 pack fee.
• 20% commission on cold call or pond leads (90+ days old) after a $2,000 pack fee.
• Effort-Based Bonuses:
• Weekly cash bonuses: $20 per qualified appointment.
• Additional bonuses based on KPI's.
• Performance-Based Bonuses:
• Quarterly Bonus + Annual Bonus
Salary Expectation: $100,000+ in the first year
