Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will work as part of the Information Systems Product Management team to provide expertise across the CPS organization, including assisting with product research, customer reporting, renewals and understanding the overall business needs. You will also take ownership of the product personas, competitive analysis, investment committee asks and be client facing when needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize deep analytical capabilities and/or financial modeling to evaluate existing data, trends and to simulate future situations as input for discussion and decision
  • Based on analysis of customer and healthcare trends - make recommendations to support overall planning and customer renewal efforts
  • Engage with Product, Clinical, Development and Client Success to research, design, develop and commercialize product solutions that differentiate our organization in the healthcare industry
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to discover product usage trends
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Leads in development of value proposition statements and providing supporting data/proof points
  • Other related dutues
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of related high-level analytical or strategy experience within an operational environment
  • Very knowledgeable in healthcare, healthcare data and typical software/systems including knowledge of HL7, EMR data and feeds
  • Very knowledgeable about required specialty pharmacy reporting, accreditation standards, WAC pricing, 340B
  • Ability to bridge business and technical environments and ability to build professional relationships
  • Understanding of end user workflows and ability to align stakeholders on workflow requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Attention to details
  • Specialty Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
