Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sensitive data.

  • Conduct follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information, demonstrating proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurately input data to confirm prescription coverage, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
