Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Fully Remote Claims Representative to join our team in Minnesota. As a claims representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customers, financial professionals, channel partners, and distributors via telephone, email, and/or chat. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complex claim issues, and ensure seamless communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, timely, and accurate responses to customers, financial professionals, channel partners, and distributors by telephone, email, and/or chat, consistent with service and quality standards of the company.
  • Assist customers with initiating a variety of insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Explain and resolve complex claim, policy, or account information/issues to our customers and clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Understand and meet or exceed call center metrics while providing an excellent customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-train into additional product lines upon successful completion of the primary training program, expanding your knowledge and expertise in the insurance industry.
