Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time temporary basis, working remotely from Friday to Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' needs, while also being mindful of the business's bottom line and making decisions that balance both.
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met and that we are continuously improving our services.
  • Meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Manager, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A passion for and understanding of the blithequark brand, our customers, and our products, with the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to our customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of customer feedback and the role it plays in driving business decisions and improving customer experiences.
