With a passion for travel and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in this role and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Why You Will Love This Task** As a member of the Payments and Digital Strategy crew in the blithequark Credit Union, you will be responsible for everyday features related to checking processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be working with a talented team of professionals, who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. **What You Will Do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Completing statistical access and balancing features * Coordinating return objects with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/sports assigned * Following and preserving guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing everyday balancing and department closing * Obtaining facts from contributors for the timely and correct processing of worldwide and home budget switch requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch facts * Communicating with the seller to technique budget transfers * Understanding and being acquainted with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws * Depositing check returns, studying member again exams on draft changes, technique member exams, affirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and liberating budget transfers * Completing everyday processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees **All You Will Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to prioritize work and meet time limits under high-pressure situations * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant blithequark and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous customer/member carrier experience, previous banking or Credit Union experience, Episys/Symitar, and processing wires experience are highly desirable. **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high-pressure situations * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.
