Job Overview

The Customer Service Specialist role at blithequark is designed to provide top-notch support to our customers via various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving routine problems, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that all interactions are handled with warmth, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience, sharing knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, providing creative and solution-oriented support to our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Italian and B2 level in English, enabling you to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other luxury brands and Customers Relationship Management Systems (CRM), with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
