  • Classroom Management (Virtual & Hybrid): Establish clear expectations, routines, and positive behavior reinforcement strategies to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive online learning environment.
  • Data Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record attendance, grades, assessment data, and other required documentation in the district’s data system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, district‑wide webinars, and professional learning communities to stay current with early‑childhood best practices and emerging educational technologies.
  • Supervision of Support Personnel: Mentor and coordinate activities of instructional assistants, student teachers, and volunteers, ensuring alignment with lesson objectives and classroom procedures.
  • Emergency & Safety Protocols: Follow district emergency procedures for virtual environments, promptly reporting any concerns such as suspected abuse, cyber‑bullying, or technical issues that affect student safety.
