**Job Summary**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns
* Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages to ensure seamless customer experiences

**Training and Development**
* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm

* Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
* Ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge
