About the Role
In this exciting and challenging role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our clients in a positive and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving customer inquiries, and capturing valuable lead data.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving conversions and revenue growth for our clients
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have access to valuable sales data
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing actionable insights for our clients and informing future sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary – we are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.

Training and Development
At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. As a new member of our team, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. This comprehensive training program will provide you with a thorough understanding of our products, services, and systems, as well as the skills and knowledge you need to excel in your role.
