Sales Support Specialist Needed for Quotes and Client Follow-Ups
                                We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist with generating quotes, proposals, invoices, and receipts using provided templates. Additionally, you will be responsible for client follow-ups and scheduling appointments.
Your ability to be detail oriented, prioritise well and maintain clear communication with us is essential to ensure a smooth sales process. If you have experience in sales support and are familiar with using templates, we would love to hear from you!
This is the current software we use:
Google docs: quotes, invoices, receipts
Canva: proposals
Google sheets: database tracking
Google meets or Microsoft teams: meetings Gmail and WhatsApp: follow ups
Telegram: automated reminders and team communication
Each quote and proposal set usually takes about 30 minutes, and we typically spend 2-3 hours a day on sales support tasks. We have an established process and all we need is someone who can create the requested documents accurately in a timely manner (within the allotted time), follow instructions, and stay active on communication with us!
At the entry level, you will not be required to sell to customers, to negotiate with them, to talk to them outside of the templates. Everything has templates and easy step by steps for you to follow. We will also have video screen recordings on how to do the various tasks, as well as a probationary training period to see if you are a good fit for us and vice versa.
The budget is negotiable, and it is a monthly recurring payment that we can discuss separately. We would like to find one strong sales support specialist that we can invest in for the long term if it aligns well.
