Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes in the US. This is a unique opportunity to work weekends only, with a start time of either 2 PM or 5 PM EST. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
  • Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment and effective communication skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best possible experience for our customers, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
