You'll work closely with a talented team of creation leads, collaborating with internal and external partners to bring your vision to life. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the future of Disney's gaming experiences, and your passion for innovation will inspire and motivate your team to achieve greatness. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the start-to-finish creation of multiple intelligent games and experiences, leveraging Disney's vast library of characters and universes. * Serve as a central point of contact, issue solver, and team leader within blithequark, providing critical guidance and direction to the development team. * Collaborate with internal and external partners, including other creation leads, to plan, direct, and track progress across the entire experience. * Review and refine all creation resources, including content plans and guides, designs, staffing plans, and budgets, ensuring they're well-organized and practical, and aligned with the project's overall vision. * Champion the creation vision for the project within blithequark, working with internal partners to bring our content to life within the game. * Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders regarding the experience, creation of the intelligent games, and Disney Scholarly Properties. * Drive the achievement of objectives and foster collaboration, communication, and accountability across the team. * Continuously improve and refine creation practices over time. * Rally a diverse team of flexible groups to achieve their best, while having a blast along the way! **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 7 years of experience in product development/creation of console/portable/computer games or other entertainment. * 3 years of experience in managed teams. * Experience in shipping multiple portable, console, or potentially computer games with live events components. * A deep understanding of the art and science of excellent game development, including experience with various tools, instruments, and how to structure creation to support a team's assets and workflow. * Proven ability to collaborate and partner with key stakeholders – building positive relationships, resolving complex issues, and achieving consensus to deliver exceptional results. * Claimed the creation and delivery of a successful AAA live-worked game in a Senior creation role and have experience with delivering products on different gaming platforms. * Demonstrated exceptional development knowledge and judgment; experience in directing a compelling vision to reality. * Inspire enthusiasm and imagination in others with persuasive and steady leadership. * Appreciate innovative problem-solving, handling unique development challenges, and building something new and creative. * Value and respect the work of each designer and skill to unite diverse development disciplines to create outstanding experiences. * Can orchestrate complex development streams into fresh insights that provide clarity on status, progress, and potential solutions. * Appreciate building a comprehensive and positive team culture and enjoy coaching and developing other creation leads. * Know how to push past apparent limits and constraints, never losing sight of the higher perspective and ultimate objective. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Lithe and Scrum Systems **Education** * A Four-year degree or equivalent blend of education and experience **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $75,000 per year * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with top-class industry talent * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a creative and innovative leader with a passion for Disney and a knack for shaping the future of gaming experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
