About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Experience Strategist who can dedicate approximately 8-20 hours per week (averaging about 15 hours per week) to help us drive customer experience excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of comprehensive communications plans that align with our clients' goals and objectives
  • Develop channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans, ensuring that all creative assets are optimized for maximum impact
  • Review creative work to ensure alignment with briefs and platform best practices, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Create and manage an omnichannel asset ecosystem document, mapping creative assets to audiences across the funnel and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Consult on and contribute to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more, as needed

How You'll Excel in Your Role

To succeed as a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
  • Familiarity and understanding of basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth
  • Availability for meetings in the PST timezone, with the ability to collaborate effectively with our team and clients
  • The ability to work independently, contributing to project requirements with minimal oversight or training
  • A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style, with excellent written and verbal skills
