[Remote] Billing Service Analyst- Specialty Billing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Hartford is an insurance company committed to making a difference, and they are seeking a Billing Service Analyst to manage billing and collections for Middle Large Commercial Premium and Losses. The role involves account management, customer service, and maintaining data needs for system calculations and billing setup. Responsibilities • Single point of contact for assigned accts • Work with team to ensure all work loads are being addressed • Ability to adjust to changing priorities • Ability to establish work flows in a fast paced, environment • Manage required target dates • Demonstrates attitude of willingness, cooperation, and concern for business issues. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to relate to both internal and external customers effectively • Recognize and analyze problems of varying degrees of complexity.
