**Job Summary**
As a Senior Product Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, helping them to resolve issues and achieve their goals. You will be the face of our company, interacting with clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will be a subject matter expert in our products and services, able to provide guidance and support to clients on how to get the most out of our solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and answer questions related to our products and services
* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and limitations
* Identify and escalate complex issues to senior leadership or other teams as needed
* Work closely with other teams, including sales, onboarding, and marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources
* Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and best practices, and to improve overall team performance
**What We're Looking For**
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science
* At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or software company
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support, with a focus on resolving issues and achieving client satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
* Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
