Our team is made up of like-minded individuals who are passionate about what they do, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Titleist brand ambassador, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Sharing your passion for the Titleist brand**: We want you to be enthusiastic about the Titleist brand and to share that enthusiasm with our customers. If you're not passionate about the brand, we're not interested in hiring you. * **Using Titleist golf equipment**: We want you to be familiar with our products and to be able to answer questions about them. You'll also be expected to use our golf equipment to provide a more authentic experience for our customers. * **Familiarity with the Titleist site and related media**: You'll need to be familiar with our website and any related media or searches. This includes being able to navigate our site and to find information quickly and efficiently. * **Ability to compare and analyze competitor products**: We want you to be able to compare and analyze our products with those of our competitors. This will help you to provide a more informed and helpful experience for our customers. * **Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations**: We want you to be able to provide a calm and empathetic response to customers who are experiencing stress or frustration.
