We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive in their careers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from retailers, providing product information, and assisting with purchase orders, returns, and exchanges. You will work closely with our clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the option to work remotely from home. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from retailers, providing product information and assistance with purchase orders, returns, and exchanges * Input purchase orders into our system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date * Accept payment over the phone and process refunds, exchanges, and other requests as needed * Assist buyers with questions regarding tracking shipments, order delays, or receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and support to our clients * Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator * Accustomed to talking to business clients over the phone, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Friendly, outgoing, and able to build rapport with clients quickly * Proficient in data entry and able to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a wholesale or retail environment, with knowledge of the industry and its challenges * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficient in data entry and able to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
