**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. You'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality service and support to both customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by customers and partners
* Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, juggling multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
* Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* A positive attitude, passion for success, and a natural ability to turn frowns upside down
* Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Tech savvy, with experience using Mac and iOS devices
* The ability to type 50+ WPM, with excellent communication and writing skills
* A college degree or equivalent work experience
