Our Remote Work Environment
We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, which is why we offer remote work opportunities in 40 preferred residency states across the USA. What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering white-glove treatment to our luxury retail clients, providing personalized support and resolving issues with ease and finesse. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conducting research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
- Offering product recommendations and resolving issues with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Closing sales and promoting our luxury retail brand with passion and enthusiasm
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Proficiency in computer applications and high-speed internet access (> 15 mbps)
- A reliable USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
Essential Qualifications
In addition to the above requirements, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- A high level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Previous experience working in a luxury retail environment
- Knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and luxury brands
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Experience working with CRM software or other customer service platforms
