Job Overview

As a Data Entry Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client and case data. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately inputting and updating client and case information into our database, verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, and maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval. You will also collaborate with our attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, assist with generating reports and data analysis as required, and manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update client and case information into blithequark's database, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, using strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring compliance with blithequark's data management policies.
  • Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team, using proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, providing excellent support to the legal team.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, using strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications and Skills
