About the Role: Customer Support Rep – Chat
In this exciting role, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our clients in a positive and professional light. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of what we offer
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, helping our clients to convert leads into sales
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to drive their business forward
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable feedback that helps us to improve our services
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the industry
Qualifications and Requirements
