About the Customer Engagement Budget Management Team
The CE Budget Management team provides strategic, financial, and analytical leadership by developing positive relationships and outstanding service. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be an essential member of this team, working closely with internal and external partners to drive results and improve overall efficiencies. Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices for payment and work with multiple partners to facilitate timely remittance, ensuring seamless financial operations
 - Utilize the CE workflow system to manage and prioritize payment activities based on urgency and importance, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
 - Research issues with past invoices and respond to internal financial audits, providing accurate and timely resolutions
 - Work directly with CE internal and external partners to improve existing processes and develop new processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation
 - Partner with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests, providing expert financial guidance and support
 - Create strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple blithequark businesses and organizations, fostering collaboration and driving business growth
 - Present and communicate effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
 - Supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and lead daily communications, inquiries, and updates, ensuring timely and effective communication
 - Request, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations
 
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
 - Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, with proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
 - Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
 - Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management
 - Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills
 - Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
 - Proven track record of working with a sense of urgency and curiosity in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
 - Exposure to other tools, such as Smartsheet and Workfront, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
 
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field, with a strong academic foundation in financial principles and practices
 - Certifications or advanced degrees in Finance/Accounting, such as CPA or MBA, with a strong desire to continue learning and growing in the field
 - Experience working in a marketing or customer engagement role, with a strong understanding of the importance of budget management and financial analysis in driving business growth
 - Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
 - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, with a strong ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
