Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the Reservations department, including project planning, execution, and closure
 - Create and maintain project artifacts, such as project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories
 - Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity, across different teams or stakeholders
 - Assist in driving the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring strong partnerships with stakeholders across the wider organization
 - Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and programs that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
 - Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management
 - Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional blithequark teams
 - Support the growing plan and development of the Reservations PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications:
- Exceptional planning, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
 - Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
 - Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management
 - Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
 - Proficiency in written and oral communications, and the ability to produce concise documents for executive presentations
 - High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
 - At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
 
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred but not essential:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
 - Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is strongly desired
