Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating them as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute or higher, with accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule and Work Arrangements
