Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth clearance of shipments through customs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable customer service to clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Retrieve and prepare accurate documentation for customs clearance, including data entry and processing of import-related documents
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with all record-keeping requirements

  • Process organization financier shipments and handle remote filings as required

Essential Qualifications

  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
  • Data entry/console experience required, with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (phone, fax, scanner, printer, copier)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of work and time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and utilize various systems and reference materials

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, transportation, or international trade
  • Previous experience in customs clearance, import documentation, or a related field
  • Knowledge of international importing and exporting regulations, with experience working with government agencies and clients
