**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
* Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding client expectations
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and procedures
* Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations (currently due to the Covid-19 pandemic)
* A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
