We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. You'll be responsible for resolving product, service, or account issues, opening or closing accounts, processing transactions, troubleshooting login issues and/or technical issues, mobile device support, logging requests, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution. You'll also have the opportunity to sell targeted products/services as part of client-initiated interactions, further enhancing your skills and knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the delivery of customer responses in a timely and accurate manner * Provide mobile device support, troubleshoot login issues and/or technical issues * Promote professional and customer-friendly delivery of service to internal and external customers * Create a connection and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service * Ensure customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs * Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect both the customers and the company * Assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, and escalate to the appropriate party * Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers * Maintain abreast and informed of changes in the company's products, services, and procedures * Adhere to company policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Additionally, you should have experience in mobile device support, financial services, retail sales, or a goal-oriented environment. You'll also need to demonstrate: * Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution * Ability to educate customers on a service or product solution * Ability to work effectively as a team member * Proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet common objectives * Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed **Work Environment and Culture:** As a remote employee of blithequark, you'll enjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
