Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds our DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management
 - Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
 - Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
 - Contact between distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
 - Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
 - Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
 - Carry out all future arrivals of software
 - Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, strips, etc., and report utilization to MIS
 - Regulate nonexempt staff
 - Keep up with all control tables within the WMS, including access security
 - Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
 - Manage and screen end-user access and freedoms and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
 - Foster reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
 
Required Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities:
- 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
 - 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and Task and MS-Word
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
