**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Data Entry & Order Processing, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a accurate and timely manner
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure that they have the support and resources they need to succeed
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support at all times
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
* Comfortable using computers and familiar with customer support software
* Experience working with customer support, preferably in a call center or retail environment
