About the Role
The Customer Experience Agent will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the product they ordered as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires a customer-first attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve open questions.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Interacting with buyers and sellers to provide a positive experience and resolving customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner
- Becoming an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users
- Working with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions
- Seeking out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience
About You
We are looking for a curious and hungry individual who is eager to jumpstart their career in a fast-paced environment. The essential qualifications for this role include:
- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
- Weekend availability
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations
- Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
- Obsession with customers and a customer-first approach
- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
- Previous startup experience is a plus
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus
What We Offer
At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour (hourly range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position)
