Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits blithequark offers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the enrollment process
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with members to discuss their benefits options, answer questions, and address concerns
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring they receive the most comprehensive coverage possible
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, assisting with claims, adjustments, and any other necessary support to ensure seamless benefits administration
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, performing necessary updates on schedule to maintain compliance and data integrity

Essential Qualifications:
