Job Overview

In this remote role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customer service team, managing customer communications, and performing various technical tasks to ensure seamless customer interactions. You will work independently using company-provided technology and collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a temporary position expected to last at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on our future needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Customer Service department with administrative tasks, including data entry, order tracking, and report processing
  • Entering order information into the database and managing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Tracking the status of orders and providing updates to customers as needed
  • Fielding customer inquiries over email and phone, responding to questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing customer communications, including responding to emails, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
  • Processing reports and performing other related tasks as required to support the customer service team

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative or customer service role. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and provide exceptional customer support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) is also essential.

  • At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
