Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Showcasing expertise in guiding new users to create effective profiles, thereby maximizing their contract, grant, financing, and loan opportunities on our platforms.
  • Engaging with users on our social media platforms, addressing their queries, and resolving concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Responding to customer questions through our in-house ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone support, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborating with our development team to identify and rectify issues, with a keen focus on continual improvement and enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Utilizing our in-house tools to conduct Beta Testing, ensuring the smooth functionality of our platforms and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing relevant data to identify trends, failures, and opportunities, and presenting findings to the team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to optimize PPC and SEO strategies, enhancing the visibility and reach of our platforms.
  • Identifying potential product bugs reported by real users and coordinating with the development team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience or higher-level education in social media, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to use AI for research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
