Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support, fostering loyalty and trust in our brand.
  • Accurately, concisely, and appropriately respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Promote interest in our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, striving for excellence in every interaction and continually improving performance.

Qualifications and Requirements
