Now, we're looking for a talented Customer Service & Operations Associate to join our team and help us achieve our vision.
**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service & Operations Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. You'll be the face of our company, guiding customers through the rollover experience, answering their questions, and providing expert advice on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs. Your advocacy for our customers will also inform our product roadmap, helping us to create innovative solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Guide customers through the blithequark rollover experience and answer their questions through chat, emails, and phone calls
* Become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulations
* Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to facilitate transactions, where necessary
* Contribute to our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs based on customer questions and comments
* Synthesize customer feedback and share insights with other team members to inform product development and improvement
**What You'll Bring:**
* 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
* Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a strong desire to obtain them
* A passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, such as CRM software and ticketing systems
* Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems and meet business objectives
* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced organization, a plus
