You'll work in designated retail locations, where it's convenient for our customers, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your duties may include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions they may have
* Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
* Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries
**Physical Demands**
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need to be able to:
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

Our Amazon Locker locations are designed to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for our associates. You'll be behind a counter, working with customers, and depending on the location, you may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Our locations are climate-controlled, and sound levels are minimal, what you'd expect in a grocery store.
