**The Role**
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing top-notch support to their customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be the GPS for customers, guiding them to the right answers, solving concerns, and helping them optimize the best use of our clients' products or services. With a positive attitude, a friendly tone, and a willingness to adapt to feedback, you'll be an integral part of our team, working on exciting projects that will challenge and engage you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and ticket support, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability
* Follow a written workflow to ensure consistency and efficiency in your work
* Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and their customers
* Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a similar role for a top-tier brand or company
* Knowledge of our clients' products or services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
* Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Certification in customer support or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
