**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. This will involve:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts

* Utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and follow up with customers
* Following policies and procedures regarding escalations
* Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions

* Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
**Requirements**
To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in a customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
* Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
* Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
