**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity and account issues, and offering step-by-step guidance for internet and device-related problems.
* Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, using various tools to assist customers and resolve their queries in a timely manner.
* Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM.
* Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting, and participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service.
* Working overnight shifts and rotating weekends, adapting to changing schedules and priorities to ensure seamless customer support.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
* Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
* Ability to work independently, think critically, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
* Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
**Nice-to-Haves**
